21st Annual “Rolling Thunder” Ride

August 16th-17th, 2024 –”21st Annual Rolling Thunder ride”- Sign up deadline is July 15th!!!

It’s that time of year again!  Get your vacation scheduled!  For the 21st, the ride is happening again!  For newcomers, this is about a 1,200 mile ride in 2 days.  It is a good time of fellowship with other riders who love to ride long distances.  We go about 150 miles between fuel stops and the stops are quick!  There will be lunch stops on the ride.  They will be quick as well.  If you like to stop and smell the roses, this ride wouldn’t be for you.  It’s a gas and go, run up your odometer kind of ride.  Rain or shine, I love it and always have a great time.  Hope you plan on joining us!  If not, we hope to see you on some of the other day rides on our schedule.

We will stage at 6:00 am and leave the Starbucks parking lot in Downtown, Sumner at 6:30 am sharp on Friday, August 16th!  More details below!

Fees

Here is a recap of the fees for this ride. Please review your options below before submitting your payment. To determine your final fee please email Jim at jim6604@live.com so he can communicate with you about your room, patches, T shirt, etc. (Checks to be made out to PNC).

Rider Registration Fee:

• $25 ministry ride donation.

For all riders, this fee is due no later than August 12th, 2024 at our Pre ride meeting at 6pm.

Rooms:

• $TBD plus taxes Best Western in Baker City, OR – Double Queens – Consider sharing a room and splitting the cost.
• All reservations are due no later than August 5th, 2024 as our block of rooms per our contract requires us to release all unbooked rooms.  All reservations will be coordinated through Jim Pasinetti.

Pre-paid room fees are non-refundable after July 29th, 2024.

Optional Items:

Patches

Nampa Rider Patch – $10 (Rockers designed to fit under this patch.)   The Little Tail of the Dragon and Hell’s Canyon will both be included in this years ride. Similar to the patches below.

2024 Rocker – Free with paid ride donation (optional)

2024 Shirt design

Rolling Thunder 2024 Proof 1 Black

Lettering on the front of the shirt will be printed in white. The design will be printed on the back of the shirt, not the front.

• No refunds on patch or T Shirt orders after July 29th, 2024.  Must be paid for no later than August 12th.

Clothes

Again, this year, for this ride, we will offer short sleeve, long sleeve, hoodies and this year sleeveless “T” shirts with a new 2024 logo on the back.  Shirts and Patches produced by Northwest Ink.  Owner is Bonnie Mitchell.

 Reservation, Payments & Options – Prepay and save time at check-in.

Jim will make your reservations for you and a roommate.  Find a roommate to split the cost.  Room rates are $TBDfor 1 night (2 queen beds), if you split a room with another rider. Rates are $TBD if you want rooms to yourself.  Please decide what you will do before you register.
